At The Alley Stage, we curate a diverse array of programming, from side-splitting comedy to soul-stirring live music and captivating cabaret performances. With just over 100 seats, our venue offers an intimate and immersive experience, allowing audiences to connect deeply with performers and each other.

Our Leadership
Colt Chambers, Owner | Producer

Colt Chambers is a dedicated advocate for the arts and the nonprofit sector with nearly a decade of experience in arts administration, operations management, fundraising and development, and strategic planning. He is the Owner and Producer of The Alley Stage on the Marietta Square, which opened in July 2023 and has quickly become a premier live entertainment destination in Cobb County.
Before establishing The Alley Stage, Colt served as Director of Development & Marketing for The Georgia Ballet, where he surpassed pre-COVID unearned revenue targets, achieved record-breaking ticket sales for the 2022/2023 season, and developed a comprehensive three-year Development Plan, ensuring the sustainability of the organization. He also served as Managing Director of the Atlanta Lyric Theatre.
Colt has served as a Council Member for the Georgia Council for the Arts since 2019 and was appointed Chairman of the Council in June 2024 by Governor Kemp. He holds a Master’s in Arts Administration and a Certificate in Fundraising and Development from the University of Kentucky, and has completed advanced coursework in arts strategy, administration, and innovation at Vanderbilt University, University of Maryland, University of Michigan, and the University of Pennsylvania. In October 2022, Colt received his Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation.
Colt is a member of the Cobb Young Professionals Steering Committee, the Marietta Arts Council Advisory Board, the Communities in Schools of Marietta-Cobb Advisory Board, and the Kiwanis Club of Marietta, where he serves as Membership Chair. His team, “The Showstoppers,” won the 2024 Dancing With The Stars of Marietta People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice awards, benefiting the Georgia Metropolitan Dance Theatre.
Passionate about community service, Colt and The Alley Stage are committed to supporting the local military community and first responders. To date, The Alley Stage has donated over $50,000 worth of tickets to veterans, active-duty military personnel, law enforcement officers, and their families. Additionally, the venue has provided over $30,000 in rental fees to local nonprofits, enabling them to host events and fundraisers at no cost. These efforts earned The Alley Stage the Cobb Chamber’s 2024 Community Service Excellence Award and recognition as one of the 2024 Top 3 Businesses to Watch. The venue was also voted #1 Best Live Theatre by Cobb Life Magazine’s Best of Cobb awards.
